Quick answer
A DLT template is approved faster when it uses {#var#} correctly, includes your brand name, is in the right category and has enough fixed text to make sense on its own.
Rules
- Type {#var#} exactly, in lowercase with a hash on both sides. Not {var}, {#VAR#} or [name].
- Add your brand or business name, matching your DLT entity.
- Pick the right category. Offers go in promotional; updates and reminders in service; OTPs and bank alerts in transactional.
- Keep enough fixed text. Each {#var#} usually holds up to 30 characters.
- Whitelist links and numbers you put in the message. Avoid public link shorteners.
Example
Dear {#var#}, your fee of Rs {#var#} is due on {#var#}. Pay at https://greenvalley.edu.in/fees - Green Valley School
