Quick answer
A template mismatch means the message you sent does not match the DLT template exactly, so the operator blocks it, even if the template is approved.
Common causes
- Extra or missing spaces, especially double spaces
- A changed word, punctuation mark or capital letter in the fixed text
- Different line breaks from the registered template
- A {#var#} value longer than about 30 characters
- Sending with a template ID that belongs to a different template or header
How to fix it
- Copy the approved template text exactly from your DLT portal.
- Replace only the {#var#} parts with your values.
- Paste the template and your real message into the Match a test message box in our DLT template checker. It shows whether they match and where they differ.
- Make sure you are sending with the correct template ID.
