Pinkeshwar Khullar started Bulk SMS India in 2016 in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, with one simple idea: every business, big or small, should be able to talk to its customers instantly and reliably.
Back then that meant bulk SMS: OTPs, alerts and offers sent to thousands of phones in seconds. As customers moved to new channels, we added the WhatsApp Business API, RCS, voice calls and AI assistants, so businesses can reach people wherever they are, from one platform.
Today schools, hospitals, banks, e-commerce stores, builders, restaurants and political campaigns use Bulk SMS India for OTPs, alerts, reminders and campaigns. Our team still works the same way: we help with DLT, answer the phone and stay with you until your messages are delivered.
