Make sure you are on the right panel for your service, for example the SMS panel for bulk SMS.
- Check your details
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Type them again carefully and turn off caps lock.
- Clear your browser
Try a private window, or clear your browser cache, then log in again.

Which panel should I log in to?
Use the panel for the service you bought: the SMS panel for bulk SMS and OTPs, the RCS panel for rich messages, the OBD panel for voice calls and IVR, and the WhatsApp panel for WhatsApp messaging. Each panel has its own username and password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open the login page of your panel and use its forgot password option, if available. If you cannot reset it yourself, email support@bulksmsind.in or WhatsApp +91 73573 33334 with your username.
Can I use one login for all panels?
No. Each service runs on its own panel, so you get separate login details for each service on your account.
Is it safe to log in here?
Always check that the address in your browser ends in bulksmsind.in before you enter your password, and never share your password or OTP with anyone, including our team.
How do I get API access?
Log in to your SMS panel to find your API key, then follow our SMS API documentation. For the WhatsApp API, our team activates access on your account.
