Frequently asked questions

Do the integrations send SMS in real time?

Yes. As soon as an event happens — an order, a form submission, a new row or an API call — the SMS is submitted to Bulk SMS India and delivered in real time. Delivery status is updated automatically.

Do I need a developer to connect my store or app?

No. The WordPress/WooCommerce plugin and the Google Sheets add-on need no coding, and Pabbly Connect, Make and n8n work with a simple HTTP step. Developers can use our SMS API directly.

Do messages still need DLT approval?

Yes. Every business SMS in India must match a DLT-approved template. Our integrations let you paste your approved text and add the DLT template ID where needed.

Which integration should I start with?

If you run WooCommerce or WordPress, start with our plugin. For other apps, use Pabbly Connect, Make or n8n today, or connect through our SMS API.

Can the integrations send WhatsApp messages too?

Yes. The WooCommerce/WordPress plugin, the Google Sheets add-on and our upcoming Zapier app can send WhatsApp messages as well as SMS. In the plugin you choose SMS, WhatsApp, both, or WhatsApp with automatic SMS fallback for each message. Developers can use our WhatsApp API.
