International SMS from one Indian account
Bulk SMS India started in 2016 with business SMS in India. Today we also run international SMS for businesses that have customers abroad, and for companies outside India that need to reach Indian mobile numbers. You use the same panel, SMS API and SMPP connectivity for both.
Every country has its own rules. In the USA you send from registered phone numbers, not brand names. In Australia, brand sender IDs must be on the national register. In India, every sender needs DLT. We explain the rules for each country before your first campaign, so your messages are not filtered.

Frequently asked questions
Does Bulk SMS India send international SMS?
Yes. Bulk SMS India sends international SMS for businesses in India and abroad, with a focus on the USA and Australia, and other countries on request. We also help companies outside India send DLT-compliant SMS to Indian numbers.
Can I send international SMS from the same account as Indian SMS?
Yes. You use one panel, one HTTP API and one SMPP connection for Indian and international traffic, with delivery reports for every message.
Can I use my brand name as the sender ID in every country?
No. Rules differ by country. India uses DLT-registered headers, Australia allows registered alphanumeric sender IDs, and the USA does not support brand-name sender IDs for business SMS, so messages go from registered phone numbers.
How is international SMS priced?
Prices depend on the destination country, the sender type and your volume. Contact our team with your countries and monthly volume for a quote.
Do I need consent to send SMS abroad?
Yes. Most countries require consent before you send marketing messages, and many require it for any business message. The USA and Australia both require consent and a working opt-out.
Can I connect over SMPP for international traffic?
Yes. High-volume senders can connect over SMPP. Smaller senders can use the HTTP SMS API or the web panel.
