Send bulk SMS from Google Sheets

Turn any sheet of names and numbers into personalised SMS — fee reminders, appointment alerts, offers — sent in real time, with delivery status written back to each row.

What you can do

  • Personalised messages

Use {{Column Name}} placeholders to fill every SMS from your sheet.

  • Send selected or all rows

Send to the rows you select, or to every row not yet sent.

  • Real-time sending

Messages go out in batches the moment you click send.

  • Delivery status in the sheet

Submitted rows update to Delivered or Failed in one click.

  • Balance check

See your remaining SMS credits from the menu.

  • Safe for teams

Your API key is stored only for your Google account.

  • WhatsApp with images

Send the same rows on WhatsApp, with an optional WhatsApp Message column and up to 4 Image URL columns.

Set it up

  3. 3

    Reload the sheet

Frequently asked questions

Is the Google Sheets add-on free?

Yes. You only pay for the SMS you send.

How many rows can I send at once?

The add-on sends in batches of 50 and can handle large sheets; Google limits how long a script can run, so very large sheets may need to be sent in parts.

Can I use different messages for each row?

Yes. Add a Message column; it overrides the template for that row.

Does it skip rows already sent?

Yes, when you choose Send SMS to all unsent rows.

Can I send WhatsApp messages from the sheet?

Yes. Add your WhatsApp API key in Settings and use Send WhatsApp to selected rows. Results go to WhatsApp Status and WhatsApp ID columns.
