Your DLT Entity ID, also called the PE ID (Principal Entity ID), is shown in your profile on the DLT portal where you registered your business. It is a long number, usually 19 digits.
How to find it
- Log in to the DLT portal you registered on: Jio TrueConnect, Airtel DLT Connect, Vilpower (Vi) or the BSNL portal.
- Open your profile or entity details page.
- Copy the Entity ID / PE ID.
You can also find it in the approval email the portal sent when your entity was approved.
Why we need it
Every SMS sent in India must carry your Entity ID and the template ID, so operators can match it to your registration. Without it, messages are blocked.
Lost access?
Use the portal's "forgot password" option with your registered email or mobile number. If you still cannot log in, contact that portal's support. Our team can guide you on what to ask.
