A delivery report shows what happened to every SMS. The exact wording in your panel may differ slightly, but these are the common statuses:
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Delivered | The message reached the phone | Nothing |
| Submitted / Pending | Sent to the operator, waiting for confirmation | Wait a few minutes |
| Expired | The phone was off or out of coverage for too long | Try again later |
| Failed / Undelivered | The number is invalid or could not receive it | Check the number |
| Rejected / Blocked | Blocked by DLT checks, such as a template mismatch | Fix the template or text |
| DND | Promotional message to a DND number | Use a service template if allowed, or skip |
Reports update in real time, so check again a few minutes after sending. If many messages fail, read why SMS are not delivered.
