Quick answer
You can upload an Excel or CSV file of numbers in the panel and send one message to everyone, or a personalised message using other columns.
Format your file
- Put mobile numbers in one column, as 10-digit numbers without spaces, dashes or +91.
- Keep one number per row and remove duplicates.
- Add columns such as Name or Amount if you want to personalise.
Common problems
| Problem | Fix |

| Numbers show as 9.87E+09 | Format the column as text or number with no decimals |
| Some numbers skipped | Remove spaces, symbols and numbers shorter or longer than 10 digits |
| Wrong values in messages | Check the column names match what you selected |
