Quick answer
When you send an SMS through the API, you get a message ID. You can then receive the delivery status for that message in your system.
Two ways
- Delivery callback (webhook): we send the status to a URL on your server as soon as it changes.
- Status check: your system asks the API for the status of a message ID.
What you can do with it
- Mark orders or OTPs as delivered in your software
- Retry on WhatsApp or another route when an SMS fails
- Show your team live delivery results
