WhatsApp Message Score Checker

Paste a WhatsApp broadcast or template message and get a score out of 100, what to fix, and a preview of how it looks on the phone. Nothing you paste leaves your browser.

How it works

What the score checks

Five checks, 100 points. The points show how much each one matters for delivery and replies.

20pts

Clarity

Length, short sentences and line breaks. Most people read only the first three or four lines on WhatsApp.

15pts

Personal touch

A greeting and the customer's name with a {{1}} variable. Personal messages get more replies and fewer blocks.

20pts

Call to action

One clear next step: a link, a button or "Reply YES". For offers, a reason to act now.

25pts

Spam safety

Capital letters, !!!, too many emojis, link shorteners and words like "guaranteed" or "you have won".

20pts

Meta policy

The 1,024-character limit, variable rules, an opt-out line, restricted topics and the right template category.

80–100

Ready to send

Clear, personal and low risk.

60–79

Good — a few fixes

Fix the points shown and it will do well.

40–59

Needs work

People may ignore or report it.

0–39

High risk

Likely to be rejected by Meta or reported.

Frequently asked questions

Is the WhatsApp message score checker free?

Yes. It is free with no sign-up, and the check runs in your browser, so your message is not saved or sent anywhere.

What does the score check?

Five things that decide whether a WhatsApp message gets read, approved and answered: clarity, personal touch, call to action, spam safety and Meta's template policy. Each part has points, adding up to 100.

Will a high score guarantee Meta approves my template?

No tool can promise that. Meta reviews every template itself. The checker uses Meta's published rules (variables, length, categories, restricted topics) and common best practice, so it catches the usual reasons for rejection before you submit.

Why should I add "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"?

People who can opt out easily are less likely to block or report you. Blocks and reports lower your number's quality rating, which can limit how many people you can message each day.

Why does the message category matter?

Meta prices and reviews Marketing, Utility and Authentication messages differently. A Utility message with offer words gets moved to Marketing, and OTP messages must follow a fixed format without links or emojis.

Can I check messages in Hindi or Hinglish?

Yes. The checker understands common Hinglish calls to action like "book karein" and "abhi order karein", and the spam, length and policy checks work for any language.
