How we protect your messaging
- Encrypted connections. The panel, website and HTTP API work over HTTPS.
- Private API keys. API access needs your username and API key. Keep the key on your server, never in an app or web page.
- Registered traffic only. Every SMS goes out with your DLT Entity ID, approved header and template, so others cannot send messages in your name through our platform.
- Direct operator routes. Messages travel over our direct connectivity with Airtel, Vi, BSNL and Jio, not long reseller chains. See telecom partnerships.
- Anti-spam policy. We follow a strict no-spam policy.
Your part
- Use a strong password and do not share logins.
- Ask our team for a new API key if it was ever exposed.
